With so much hype going on this month about fat and weight, please understand just one thing. Your fat is perfect in its own right. It works hard and does its job perfectly—and that is to isolate dangerous toxins and keep acidity as far away from your critical organs (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, brain) as possible.
Please don’t ever let the word “ugly fat” come out of your mouth again—and that includes cellulite. Who said cellulite is ugly? The modeling industry, Hollywood, the Queen of England?
